With an initial investment Letica bought materials in larger quantities that saved her money and will increase her profit margin. She bought yarn, to make sweaters that will appeal to a wider ranges of buyers, kitenge fabric and thread. With future investments she would like to buy two knitting machines and one more sewing machine that will enable her to increase her training services to young women and girls. Future plans for her business is to relocate to a trading center. As her business income increases she will be able to send her children to good schools, afford health care, and improve their housing.
Letica is strong advocate for gender equality. Her goal is to empower their daughters and other females through education. She offers knitting and sewing training to young women and girls. She has trained 18 young women and girls.
